Inshore–
Fishing this week for snook, jacks, & tarpon should be your main focus. Currently, lots of glass minnows are in our river and along our beaches. Find feeding fish in schools of glass minnows, then make casts with smaller artificial lures for desired bites. Live bait fishing for snook will provide lots of action closer to our st. lucie inlet.
Offshore–
This week we’ve been bombarded with lots of Sailfish. Fishing live baits trolling or kite fishing will be your ticket to sucess. Most of this action has been 70’-120’ depths. Look for edges, weedlines, and color changes. Bottom fishing has been excellent for snapper & amberjacks. Live baits on the bottom will be your best bet for bigger fish. Kingfish & cobia have been mixed in while bottom fishing as well this week.
